Job Description

My client is looking to add both a Lead Technical Solutions Engineer as well as a Senior/ Mid level Technical Solutions Engineer to their support team. They are a data privacy company located in the Bay Area outside of the city of San Francisco. If you are a self motivated individual who enjoys a combination of a technical challenge as well as personal interaction with clients, this is the job for you!

Role & Responsibilities

* Resolve a wide range of customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with the California team as well as the offshore team in India
* Work directly with customers to resolve their technical issues taking into mind their action plan while also taking the best course of actions
* Meet weekly with the on site team to go over responsibilities and actions for the team

Skills & Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a software support position
* Experience in a customer facing position where you have had personal interaction resolving technical issues for clients
* Troubleshooting and Support experience in Cloud Big Data Solutions, Networking technologies like Spark or Kafka, Cloud Infrastructure, and LDAP or authorization providers
* Enthusiasm about working with cloud and big data technologies
