As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide first-class technical support to our rapidly growing strategic customer base, who are integrating the companies real-time communication APIs and SDKs.

What You're Great At

* Thoroughly understanding multimedia technologies and protocols such as SIP, WebRTC
* Investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to IP based network technologies
* Communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with our customers and internal stakeholders
* Problem solving, having a natural curiosity and demonstrating the ability to learn rapidly
* Communicating well with different audiences (developers, technical and non-technical users)

What You're Good At

* Other programming languages: PHP, Python, Ruby, Node
* JavaScript/web development
* Linux/Unix operating systems

What You Must Have Experience In

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
* 2+ years as a Developer Support Engineer or a Technical Support Engineer in either the telecommunications or technology sectors
* 2+ years of API or SDK implementation and/or integration
* JavaScript, iOS or Android support experience
