Customer Support Engineer

We are looking for a customer facing data engineer to fill a readily open position at Computer Software organization that aims to find unique solutions to make data steady and dependable. We are looking for a candidate who has strong customer facing experience as well as a background in data engineering.

Responsibilities:

* Infrastructure, Architecture, and Leadership

* Mange accounts
* Meet with customers to resolve technical issues and develop strong relationships

* Troubleshooting work for engines/ infrastructure

Qualifications

* Strong experience with Spark and Hive
* Strong experience with ETL & Analytics
* Operational knowledge Cloudera
* Knowledge of navigating large data sets.
* Experience working with a partner or consulting firm.
* Experience with cloud platforms.
* In-depth knowledge of big data engineering, architecture, and infrastructure.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work well with people.
* Strong communications skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
