recruitment drive in their Technology Delivery & Change Management function. They are market leaders in the field of Cloud technology and deliver high-quality bespoke solutions to their customers, specifically focusing on the AWS SaaS and Salesforce space. They are genuinely Agile (in their own way) and work across a range of sectors including eCommerce, Financial Services, Banking and Retail.The journey continues
with the role, something of a hybrid requirement that would suit candidates coming from a Change Management, Business Analysis or Project Management background. In short, the position is looking for somebody who approaches Change Management as both an art and a science, leveraging proven change methodologies as well as a strong understanding of individual/organisational psychological factors that both influence and drive change. You will be expected to understand their customer's business strategies and help guide said businesses through a period of change, leading stakeholder engagement whilst ensuring that the organisation is ready and prepared. Simply put, you will act as a conduit between technology and the wider business thus giving you a genuine opportunity to make a difference.
The journey draws to a close with the requirements... which are pretty detailed. So rather than copy and pasting the formal JD, I wanted to summarise the key areas you need to demonstrate on your CV:Change Management
- First and foremost, you need to have proven commercial experience working in a Change Management role including experience with risk management, change impact analysis, training and adaption measurement. Experience working in an enterprise environment would be a huge benefit.Technology
- Ideally, candidates need to come from a Tech Consultancy or Software Partner due to the nature of this role (i.e. delivering technological change projects to customers). Experience working with Salesforce, SaaS and AWS/Azure would be a huge benefit.Stakeholder Management
- You need to have proven experience working directly with stakeholders (up to c-level), ideally both technical and business-facing. Strong communication skills are therefore a key factor.Tools
- Finally, experience working with delivery tools (Visio, MS Project, JIRA) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Captivate, Jing, Articulate) would be a huge help.
