Responsibilities

The main focus of this role is to be a leader within our technical customer success and pre-sales engineering efforts in the EMEA region

* Pre-sales and post-sales role
* Strong AWS and/or Devops or security experience is required
* Must be a leader and advisor to our clients
* Provide daily technical support for sales and business development staff
* That being across both pre-sale and post-sale basis
* Have a working knowledge of how to use API based services and CloudFormation templates to help deepen a customers use of cloud conformity
* Have great communication with direct sales colleagues and customers
* Communicate with Head of Marketing and Head of Sales on any customer feedback that can strengthen the overall commercial process
* Work closely with strategic clients on all things cloud and cloud security
* Engage with customers daily to answer questions
* Attend meetings with sales staff, managers, technical personnel to discuss sales goals and product information
* Develop a working relationship with partners
* Be able to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of how to integrate the cloud conformity





Qualifications

* 6 -7 years of experience in a technical role
* BS or equivalent working experience with Devops, Cloud, End-point, network or application based security technologies
* Excel in customer-facing environments
* Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques
* Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
* Ability to travel locally and regionally when required
* Willingness to lend a hand in other areas of our growing business as needs arise
* SaaS and/or start-up experience preferred
