AWS Sales Account Manager

A unique opportunity has become available for a sales-orientated Account Manager to work independently and also within a highly successful department, effectively managing your own time, your key accounts and arranging appointments and networking events. All whilst helping businesses realise the benefit of the AWS space and what that can do for their organisation and therefore working as both a hunter and a farmer as you win new accounts, and manage key outstanding ones.

This company is a Premier Consulting Partner in North America and as a full spectrum AWS integrator, they assist hundreds of companies to realise the value, efficiency, and productivity of the cloud. This includes migration strategy, operational excellence and to continue to empower and enable customers to make the right decisions with technology, in particular AWS. You would be joining an already successful sales department, which have recently landed their largest account in their history with a leading Pharmaceutical company.

What you'll be doing:
  • Working closely with solutions architects, you will map out and identify key clients
  • Travel in and around New York and the Greater New York area, working remotely
  • Manage your own time, appointments and relationships
  • Drive sales and be expected to meet deadlines and hit targets
  • Represent the company to c-level management
  • Manage accounts

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience with software/solution sales
  • Selling AWS or Cloud solutions
  • Working at both enterprise and SMB level
