This company is looking for a senior product manager to support CAID meet the evolving needs of policing and the law enforcement community engagement and will also be required to work alongside:

- The U.K police

- The NCA

- The Internet Watch Foundation

- As well as international partner agencies

The role includes:

The role assisting in the establishment of a product road-map and requires a working relationship with CAID suppliers. In order to assist in establishing and maintaining strategic direction for the CAID to ensure that it continues to support the needs of the police services along with other wider. From this and in conjunction with key stakeholders, the role requires development of road-maps for medium and long-term, to be in place post-project. Establishing and maintaining appropriate stakeholder structures (user groups, supplier management meetings for example) leading to the gathering of requirement, agreeing business processes and disseminating best practice to operate as a part of a wider governance model as discussed. This role requiring the identification of CAID related risks/issues and managing activity to reduce their impact to all stakeholders.

So what is this company looking for from you?

- Prior experience in product management

- Experience of service management and live operations

- Detailed/Proven knowledge/experience of the work of the online CSAE investigation and systems

- Along with an understanding of core technical concepts related to the requirement.

- A minimum BA degree in business or a related field

- You have prior knowledge and experience of proactively resolving service problems ensuring that solution continue to meet business requirements.

- You will have accountability for actions taken and decisions made.
