This is a client facing role that requires the successful candidate to posses excellent communication skills as well as experience in working in a team. The successful candidate will have experience in cloud technologies in particular AWS.
Detailed knowledge of networking protocols, such as DNS, HTTP, and SSL. Further the ideal candidate would have experience and a good understanding of ISO/BSO and ITIL frameworks.
The role will involve occasional travel throughout the UKL and also working out of hours Monday - Sunday where necessary.
The day to day tasks of the role will include resolving incident and problems from both technical escalation and customers, escalating tickets that cannot be resolved, work with vendors, responding to tickets within the agreed SLA.
AWS Certifications (SysOps) are highly desirable, so to any vendor certifications.
