Enterprise Integration architecture facilitates the integration of applications that were never designed to work together. My client is a UK leader in large scale digital solutions who are looking to hire skilled Enterprise Integration Architects. The roles are part of an enormous recruitment drive aimed at improving the way they deliver content to their enterprise customers.
The roles are technically UK-wide, however 80% of the work will be around the M25 corridor and 20% in the Midlands. Goes without saying that all travel and hotel expenses are covered.
The role is diverse and varied, however you will specify and own the integration aspects, govern the integration process and oversee technical teams in the design, build and test of the solution. In addition the role will involve working in Pre-sales and therefore be CXO-facing.
In terms of requirements, the ideal candidate would be able to offer a range of skills. However rather than just regurgitate the Job description, the client has highlighted to me some key skills they are looking for.
Stakeholder Management - Being able to influence and manage stakeholders is of paramount importance. Due to this organisation being a consultancy, you should have proven stakeholder management experience and strong communication skills.
E2E Architecture - This role will have a strong focus on E2E ownership and leading various technical teams. Having experience using TOAGF or similar would desirable but not essential.
Integration Tools - Although this role will have a strong focus on strategy and governance, in-depth knowledge of at least one Integration tools is desirable.
Eager to learn new skills - My client allocates a £15,000 training budget per year to each employee. This will be used for certifications, masterclasses and conferences.
In return, you will benefit from a competitive base salary (between £85,000 - £110,000 + 5% Bonus) alongside a non-contributory pension (6%), private health care and 1 Day remote work.
